Servilocker BV respects the privacy of its users. Servilocker BV only processes personal data for the purpose for which it was provided and in accordance with the GDPR, the Personal Data Protection Act and the Telecommunications Act. 2.Personal data processed by Servilocker BV
Servilocker BV processes your personal data because you make use of our services and/or you have provided it to us yourself. This can be because, for example, you register online for a product, apply for a job or ask for support.
3. Special and/or sensitive personal data processed by Servilocker BV
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect personal data which also applies to website users who are younger than 16. However, we are unable to verify a visitor’s age. We, therefore, advise parents to monitor their children’s online activities, so as to prevent their personal data from being unintentionally collected without parental consent. 4. The purpose of and the basis on which personal data is processed by Servilocker BV
Servilocker BV processes your personal data for the following purposes:

- Contacting you by telephone or e-mail if this is necessary in order to provide our service.
- If it is knowingly shared by you with Servilocker, for example, as a result of an open application.
Personal data is processed based on your approval in case of invitations, newsletters or the deliberate sharing of information. The execution of an agreement in the event of the fulfilment of our services or the fulfilment of a legal obligation regarding the processing of your payment.

Servilocker BV does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that may have consequences for individuals.
6. The period for which personal data is retained
Servilocker BV retains your personal data for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which your details are collected. We use the following retention periods for personal data: Name and e-mail address for sending e-mails: Retention period: your data will be kept until you submit a request to delete it. After receipt of the request, your data will be deleted within one month. Invoice details: the legal retention period of the tax authorities, which in this context is 7 years. Data for a job application: Retention period: within 4 weeks after completion of the application procedure, after approval of the applicant for a maximum of 1 year in the portfolio. Servilocker BV will not sell your data to third parties and only discloses it if it is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. 11. Inspecting, correcting or deleting data
You have the right to inspect, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent for or object to the processing of your personal data by Servilocker BV and you also have the right of data portability. This means you can ask us to send your personal data held on our computer file to you or another organisation, in accordance with your instructions. Withdrawing this consent does not affect the lawfulness of our data processing based on your consent, which was granted before this withdrawal. To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of ID along with the request. In this copy, please obscure your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number. This is to protect your privacy. We respond to your request as quickly as possible, but certainly within four weeks. Servilocker BV takes personal data protection very seriously and we, therefore, take appropriate measures to protect your personal data against misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised alteration.
